Arduino Ultra Sonic sensor using Mixly ide

Ultra sonic sensor
As the name indicates, ultrasonic sensors measure distance by using ultrasonic waves. The sensor head emits an ultrasonic wave and receives the wave reflected back from the target. Ultrasonic Sensors measure the distance to the target by measuring the time between the emission and reception.

HC-SR04 Ultrasonic Sensor Pinout
Trig (Trigger) pin is used to trigger the ultrasonic sound pulses. Echo pin produces a pulse when the reflected signal is received. The length of the pulse is proportional to the time it took for the transmitted signal to be detected.
Trigger Input Signal: 10µS TTL pulse
Operating Voltage: DC 5V
Min Range: 2cm
Measuring Angle: 15 degree

Ultra sonic wave
Ultrasound is sound waves with frequencies higher than the upper audible limit of human hearing. Ultrasound is not different from "normal" sound in its physical properties, except that humans cannot hear it. This limit varies from person to person and is approximately 20 kilohertz in healthy young adults.
